Translations with certification by the bureau
Translations are certified by the bureau with the translator’s signature and with the bureau’ seal. We provide translations with certification by the bureau both as regards personal and legal documents.
Translation and certification of translation
Translation of legal texts and otherwise – is a process, which must be carried out with the utmost care and accuracy! It means that the translator has specific knowledge in connection with a particular sector and terminology applied in such sector, which between different countries might vary.
Out of concern for convenience of our clients, VERBO Translation Bureau offers for translations various certifications.
The certification form is adapted to the document particular type and target. To find the most appropriate one, before execution of certification it is essential to ascertain which form is suitable in a particular target country and establishment, where the translated document is intended to submit.
The offered certification types:
Translations certified by the Translation Bureau
(where notarized translation is not necessary) with the bureau’s seal and translator’s signature, and with the text certifying that the translation is true and accurate.
Presuming that such certification satisfies requirements of the target establishment, its execution is faster and cheaper.
Notarized translations
Notarized translations attached to the originals or copies – with the seal and signature of a sworn notary.
Translations with Apostille
Where certification of signature and of seal of an official is necessary. Such form of legalization of documents is implemented to give the documents issued in Latvia the legal force abroad.
Translation of the document copy and notarization
To notarize the document copy its original is required to be submitted to a notary.
